Hilltop Comm Center offers a lobby receptionist, a conference room with a large screen TV/VCR and overhead projector, white chalk board, movie screen, and seating for twenty-five. We also have coffee and tea service daily, mail boxes, mail handling, parking with 81 spaces, and a security building (open to the public from 7:30am until 6pm) with 24 hour access available to tenants. Suites are cleaned nightly (Monday through Friday). Fax machine, copy machine, and word processing are available on a pay-per-use basis. Telephone service includes: personalized answering service, voice mail, and the installation of a four line telephone instrument.

Lease terms: Yearly or monthly with a three month minimum followed by a month-to-month basis. First and last month's rent are due at move-in.
