ABOUT US This company originated as Executive Suite Placements in Orange County, California during mid 1988 as a real estate related business -- under the direction of the owner, Tina Bartel, and brokerage of Aldona Slemmer. The company specialized in placement of prospective tenants into Executive Suite Offices. As the company became better-known, the focus shifted from real estate into its present cooperative marketing and management concept. Initially serving 35 Executive Suite buildings, the company produced the Executive Suite Offices Directory (Volume #1 was printed in November 1988) as part of its promotion of the industry and to assist tenants looking for Suites through a non-commission based environment. The company has just published Volume #77 of the quarterly Executive Suite Guide, and now assists more than 350 locations worldwide to promote the concept, improve the efficiency and increase the utilization of Executive Suites worldwide. The company also continues to provide industry-specific Executive Suite training programs for receptionists and managers, social and networking meetings, and dissemination of information among the Suite owners and managers with a lending library and the "Suite Talk (TM)" newsletter.
